Booking Policy

Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM (Noon), and standard Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Early check-in before 10:00 AM or late check-out after 2:00 PM is subject to room availability on the date of arrival/departure and may incur nominal half-day or full-day tariff charges.

Complimentary luggage storage is provided at the front desk for early arrivals and post-checkout departures.

In compliance with statutory local police regulations and Government of India mandates, all resident guests (including primary and accompanying guests) must present a valid government-issued photo ID with address proof upon arrival.

Accepted documents for Indian nationals: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID. Please note that PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address identification proof.

Foreign nationals and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) must present an original valid Passport, Valid Visa, and complete the mandatory Form C registration upon check-in.

Standard Deluxe and Royal King rooms accommodate up to 2 adults. Twin Royal rooms accommodate 2 adults in separate twin beds.

Children under 6 years of age stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Children aged 6 to 12 years and additional adults require an extra rollaway bed/mattress, charged at the prevailing extra guest rate including/excluding breakfast according to the chosen package.

Maximum occupancy per room is strictly regulated in accordance with local safety and fire standards.

A valid credit card, UPI authorization, or an advance deposit is required at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.

For non-guaranteed bookings, reservations are held until 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, after which rooms may be released to the waitlist.

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express), Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Cash (up to regulatory cash transaction limits).

Banquet and conference hall reservations (The Grand Ballroom, Vedha Hall, Executive Board Room) require a minimum advance deposit of 30% upon confirmation.

Final guest headcount and menu selections must be finalized at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Full settlement of banquet invoices is required 24 hours prior to commencement of the function.

SVM Grand Hotel is committed to providing a peaceful, family-friendly environment. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.

Smoking is strictly restricted to designated outdoor smoking areas and designated smoking room floors. Smoking in non-smoking rooms incurs a deep-cleaning fee.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property, furnishings, or fixtures during their stay.
